Sun Badge Company is a custom manufacturer of police, fire and security badges and offers a complete badge repair service. Unlike other major badge companies, we will repair badges from any U.S. manufacturer. In addition to badges, we also offer a complete line of cap pieces, leather products, miniatures, belt buckles, medals, and insignias.

Sun Badge Company has been in business for over 50 years! We are located in Southern California and service law enforcement, fire, and security agencies all across the country. From Los Angeles and San Bernardino County to the rest of Southern California, our company offers custom badges that come in a variety of options – size, color, shape, font, enamel, attachments, and more. We provide the service of an in-house graphic designer that works with each client. One on one meetings with the designer allow clients to get exactly what they envisioned. For your convenience, we do not charge for artwork rendering on custom designs.
All of our badges are die struck from either Suntone or Siltone metal. These metals are chosen for their durability, polishing qualities, and purity. We offer silver and gold-filled material as well. Our products combine function and purpose with value and permanence. The latest technology, processes, software, and equipment are used throughout our production areas. Production, assembly, and fabrication are all executed by Sun Badge Company personnel at our facility in Ontario, California.
